What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pest Defense Solutions will get a basic understanding of what solution needs to be provided during an initial FREE inspection. Once it is better understood of what solution needs to be provided, we will discuss options and methods to resolve the issue least invasive to humans and our environment.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Questions to ask would be: 1. Are you licensed? 2. What experience do they have to resolve the issue 3. What type of warranty is provided for the services that will be provide.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I believe the most important aspect of hiring a pro is that you feel comfortable with them in your home and around your family!!
